Blissful Confusion
“Failed perfection is what I have attained
Unfortunately I am just beginning to learn
That no one is perfect,
So have I really lost anything–
Except the energy I spent in vain?
The road to humility seems like a curse
But is really a blessing in disguise
You can only relate 25 years later
When you have since forgotten what you were striving for.
Seemingly perfect individuals
Are merely tortured souls–who are amazing actors.
The true strength comes from those who can show weakness and imperfection.
The only way to truly love another
Is to learn how to love yourself
Only then can true joy be established
Truly love
Don’t truly lie.
It is only unfair to yourself in the end.
A sane environment
Is the only true insanity
And the only truth is that nothing makes sense.”
